Here's a scathing review you can use: --- I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Mihwa Kim, OD, and their optometry service. I ordered a pair of glasses through them, and from the start, there were constant sketchy upsells. They pushed unnecessary add-ons and made me feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every step. Had an afternoon appointment with Dr. Kim last month in April. Dr. Kim addressed my concerns, & felt very comfortable with the eye exam. I needed new glasses, she told me two weeks for my glasses. Got my new glasses in a week. Love them! Thank you! Dr. Kim & staff!!

It's a 2 persons business. Exam is very fast, less than 20 mins - either it's very efficient or not as thorough since I didn't get dilated nor did any visual field test. Glasses recommended are on the expensive side and they upsell the extras. Average experience.

She’s super cool, very accommodating and the service you get feels personal. She knows who I am when I walk in and she always makes sure that the customer is satisfied.
