I ordered a pair of glasses through them, and from the start, there were constant sketchy upsells. They pushed unnecessary add-ons and made me feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every step. Had an afternoon appointment with Dr. Kim last month in April. Dr. Kim addressed my concerns, & felt very comfortable with the eye exam. I needed new glasses, she told me two weeks for my glasses. Got my new glasses in a week. Love them! Thank you! Dr. Kim & staff!!
It's a 2 persons business. Exam is very fast, less than 20 mins - either it's very efficient or not as thorough since I didn't get dilated nor did any visual field test. Glasses recommended are on the expensive side and they upsell the extras. Average experience.
