I am so happy I discovered Dr Kim - I’ve experienced a lot this year and am grateful that Dr Kim and his staff have taken care of me each time!
Other staff members were all very friendly, but the woman at the front desk today(4/24) was very rude and seemed to have an attitude as if she was above everything. She was the same person I spoke to on the phone a few weeks ago when I made the reservation, and even then, I felt uncomfortable with her tone. Both the male doctor and the other female staff were great. It’s because of the woman at the front desk that I want to give only 1 star. (I don’t want to give even 1 star, but I have to, so I’m leaving one.)
