First time home buyer here: Kim is an excellent communicator. Prompt. I've never met anyone in business so sensitive to and understanding of a client's needs. I was a tough and shifty client changing my mind between different homes, neighborhoods, and even regions. Kim bared with us through it all. She navigated our custom buyer broker terms with grace, asserting and extruding confidence in her ability to negotiate.
Kim did a fabulous job helping us sell our house and find the perfect home. She kept open communication and answered all our questions and concerns throughout the process. I felt like I could count on her to get our needs met and she made one of the more stressful times in our lives be as smooth as possible.
