Staff was friendly and helpful
If you think you have something more than a flu, dont go here. Firstly because she will not go anywhere near trying to really find what you have. Second, if you need to go back twice for follow up because you have not yet gotten better, her office will send you to the ER!! Seriously, I am SO disappointed. I would really stay away if you need more than just routine exam. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist; all necessary forms were completed; insurance coverage confirmed. After a short wait ((I arrived early), the nurse escorted me to be weighed, took my temperature and blood pressure and took me to the examination room. Shortly, Dr. Bango came in. She has a pleasant bedside manner and delved into a thorough examination of my medical history, followed by a physical exam. This was a follow up visit, after reviewing the lab results, Dr. Bango proposed clear path to follow up before deciding any treatments.
