so nice and clean and gave me the most perfect halloween set!
Nail tech damaged cuticles and nail bed. They move with speed so they use fast top layer grinding technique to create the surface for biogel to stick. Very bad for the nail. There's gentle and slower way to get this done. But speed = money ...when i raised it with the manager, she brushed it off and said '"next time don't do manicure, you're not used to it " and she started speaking in Vietnamese with the other girls there. Extremely rude!!!
They did an amazing job w my nails! Were very gentle w pedicure
I recently visited for a pedicure, but I was disappointed with the service. The staff member who attended me was not polite and seemed uninterested, even making faces during the session. It made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.
