I got my nails done here on December 19th. Over the next few days I noticed cracks in multiple nails in the same spots. As well as bending and pain in my nails. The images attached show this all. One nail has cracked and broke down the middle causing pain and bleeding to my nail bed and I can’t do anything but let it grow out for the next month and a half and hope I do not break it more myself and tear off my nail bed. I have been going to Kim Lees for the better part of 3 years and they have always done a great job. The salon is clean, I’m never rushed, always taken on time and they don’t overbook - which is something I appreciate. All the staff here are kind and welcoming, especially Hanna - who does the BEST bio gel manicures! Came here for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The board says $75, they charged me $80. An extra $5 to remove the old polish they put on during my previous manicure. I have never been charged that separately before. Coming here every 3 weeks. If this is how you treat returning customers, I would hate to be a new customer here. My suggestion is to set the price before you sit.
I absolutely loved my visit! I got Minnie Mouse themed nails for my Disney World trip and they turned out perfect. The detail, the colours, everything was exactly what I wanted. The staff were so sweet and really took their time! 10/10 would recommend!
