Kim has a passion for finding the perfect house for a buyer. When we were looking for our first home, Kim stayed on top of houses coming onto the market. When we found the home we would ultimately purchase, Kim was available to show us the house and answer all of our questions. She helped successfully guided us through the purchase and was a great advocate for us with the seller. It is clear she really does care about her clients.
Kim has a wealth of knowledge in real estate. She understands the trends, the market for individual areas, financing etc. She is professional but down to earth and someone you can trust to do what she says she is going to do. But most importantly to us, she listened to what we wanted in a property and why and then worked to find us a property that suited our needs. Working with Kim made the process simpler in a complicated industry.
