Kim was absolutely wonderful in helping us find our first home! We are first time home buyers, and Kim was so knowledgeable and guided us through every step. She also has a deep knowledge of home improvement/renovations, and because we were looking for an older home, her input was so valuable. She advocated for us and answered our many, many questions with patience and wisdom. I would recommend her to anyone!
Kim is an excellent agent, who goes over and beyond for her clients. She is very knowledgeable and hard working, and has her clients best interests when negotiating a sale.
Kim has been absolutely amazing realtor, helping us with the rules & regulations, negotiating prices. She has even suggested good financial institution , referral to contractor for my son's first home buy. As a first time buyer he had lots of questions and Kim has guided him with such patience and knowledge. I'd definitely recommend Kim to any one else who is market for home buying or thinking about buying one.
