MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR KIM WAS AMAZING I'M ALWAYS RECOMMENDING HIM TO MANY OTHERS. A VERY GOOD DR AND VERY TRUTHFUL
I've been contacting this office for weeks by phone and website, trying to get someone to call me back about a very serious bariatric surgical issue that I need fixed immediately (not due to these doctors) yet no one will call me back. The receptionist says I have to pay $300 that's not covered by insurance just to consult with the doctors AND have to go through the entire program (many months) before I could get my issue fixed. If they treat potential patients this way, I want no part of it.
I had surgery with Dr. Keith Kim two years ago today and I can honestly say I made the BEST choice! He is an amazing surgeon. He is attentive and caring. I had a minor complication and Dr. Kim got to the ER before my family and friends to check on me. He stayed with me during an exam and continued to make frequent checks on me through out the day. His PA Michelle and RN Sharon are both AMAZING as well. I can not thank Dr Kim and his team enough!
