On September 25, 2025. I bought 2 jade rings and one of them just broke while wearing it. I think we got 2 fake Jade rings. I tried to call the store 4 times this morning but no answer at all.
Small selection of 24k here, Plenty of attitude from the man working here at Kim Hoa for no reason. I immediately got the feeling I should just leave. Bad bad bad!
How incredibly rude. Cannot believe the awful customer service I received here. Owner(?) or Manager (?) not sure who the lady was, but definitely will never come here again. Too bad because I was planning on buying a nice necklace for my girl.
Came in last week at 5:30 p.m. Was closed. Came a second time, closed again even thou it says they are open until 6. Not true. Tried to purchase some 14K or 18K gold necklaces as an investment. The lady was not nice at all, and I just walked out.
