Professional and easy to work with.
From beginning to end I had a fantastic experience with their service department. I brought my Chevy Silverado EV in to replace a cracked tail light. They found the needed part at a reasonable price (user error was understandably not covered under warranty), had my appointment scheduled quickly and had me in and out in a jiffy. All interactions were friendly and professional. Thank you for making me feel so well taken care of.
I would give less if I could on ratings I brought them my 2011 Chevy Silverado with a used transmission in it that I drove a few different times to make sure everything worked told them to program my tcm paid for the program the tech let the battery die during programming witch in turn fryed my tcm then after about 3 days of back and forth they offered to pay for half and said since w couldn't prove it was our fault or mine for a used transmission that they would pay for labor and my cost would have been 800 then I pusshed m... read more
