Everyone was so professional and kind. Things were explained so that I could understand them and I appreciate that. The only downside to my visit was the price, I think you should include the tire rotation with the oil change and not charge extra.
They sold me a car that had been wrecked 3x, even totaled & NEVER told me! Didn’t find out until I went to trade it in & found out it’s worth nothing. I also took that same car in to get my key reprogrammed after replacing a part & what should have cost me $90, ended up costing me over $1,000. They are only interested in a dime & will screw you over to get it.
I spoke with Richie in the service department, and he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything step by step and made sure I understood all the details. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable and dedicated team member.
