Kim is a wonderful realtor that really cares. She has helped us multiple times in the past in buying and selling homes. She even helped us purchase our dream office building like a pro for a good bit under the asking price. I could not recommend her more if you are looking for someone who listens, is proactive and is not just in it for the fee.
