As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They are committed to helping me to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was very easy to locate. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

My appointment starts on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Roberts is very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that he's been doing his job well for quite a while. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff.
