We had a couple of pieces we needed appraisals for and didn't know with whom to consult. We consulted with a local jeweler who recommended Kim highly. Not only is Kim very knowledgeable and professional, she is very pleasant to talk to! She turned what I expected to be a rather mundane experience into a very pleasant one. We are so pleased with the service she provided us and will definitely use her again. I can't imagine going to anyone else should the need arise in the future.
My friend needed to have 31 pieces of jewelry appraised. Some other appraisers required removal of the diamonds from the settings. Some appraisers required her to leave her diamonds, other precious stones and gold with them for up to a week. Piracci was extremely quick and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with my appraisal from Kim. The time she took with me on initial intake all the way to explaining her end report was a clear example of the pride she takes in her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a local jewelry appraiser in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area.
