If I could I would rate this store 0 stars the owner was a really dishonest person I tried to sell my pendant but he underweight my gold and their labour was way too expensive.
Spoke with the owner on Saturday about bringing some jewelry in, sent him pictures, details and weight. He quoted me a price and told me to come in on Monday. Call before I come. Monday morning I called, drove all the way to the city and they slashed the price by over $200. The woman in the store wouldn't even look at the text, claims they don't know what kind of gold it is, wouldn't even test it. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Scam artist.
