Since having her take over as my doctor, her office hours have never stayed the same. Even when you call during business hours, your left with automated messages telling you they are closed for extended hours. Over 10 years of being with her, I've not once been able to call the office directly. I'm redirected to some other office where I'm told to call her office back. I don't see how this helps anybody, the lack of availability is incredibly concerning given her profession
Dr. Curtin isn't my regular doctor but she saw me at her after hours clinic and her and her staff were wonderful. I was so impressed with how much she took my concerns seriously, and made sure I understood what to do to follow up with my regular nurse practitioner. Her receptionist/nurse was also lovely and went out of her way to call me back promptly to get me into the clinic promptly. It's amazing to receive such wonderful care when we all know everyone working in Healthcare is so stretched thin. Much appreciated.
I love Dr. Curtin! Not only is she knowledgable, but she's kind and compassionate. You never feel like you're being rushed when you're there...she truly listens to you and you can tell she cares. Donna is fantastic as well! She's prompt, polite and you can tell she really cares about you too! I also love the nurse who does the needles - she's great with my daughter and you can tell she loves her job. Honestly everyone who works in her office is great! Highly recommend!
