Kim is absolutely incredible. Kim is honest and realistic and very hard working. She has helped us buy our dream home and helped us sell our investment property in very different markets. Kim was with us every step of the way. Kim made everything for us easy while doing all the hard and dirty work in the background making sure we got the best price for us in both cases. I cannot highly recommend Kim enough. She really is the best!

I referred Kim a client with a very specific set of needs. The parameters they asked her to meet with the size of their budget was next to impossible. Kim scoured the entire state and found them exactly what they were looking for. Not only did she satisfy the clients and perform admirably, she also had them fully under contract with 3 days from receiving the referral.
