Dr. Bolling performed cataract surgery on my right eye. He encountered a "floppy iris ," for which he was not prepared. In his own words he was not prepared because it is not cost effective. My iris was damaged and vision in that eye is bad. He then told me laser surgery would help. $284 out of pocket later it did not. Glasses, which he would sell me at his cost, were the next thing that was supposed to help. $348 out of pocket later the glasses do not help at all.
