We didn’t know the first thing about buying a house when we first started our home-buying journey, but Kim helped us every step of the way! She listened to everything we were looking for and really helped us narrow down our search. She made sure everything was taken care of when it needed to be, and got us in contact with everyone we needed to talk to to ensure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be referring all of our friends to her and look forward to working with her again in the future!
Kim was so intuitive to our wants and needs. She knew we would love what is now our home, before we even saw it. Moving from Buffalo, NY made it more challenging. But she made sure we were able to navigate all the details necessary. ie: utilities, homeowners insurance, internet, HOA. On and on. Oh, and don't forget all the paperwork. We highly recommend working with her!
Working with Kim was a great experience. She really listened to what I wanted, paid attention to my likes and dislikes, and tailored every showing to fit me. What stood out most was her patience — she never rushed me or tried to push me into a decision. She genuinely wanted me to find a home I felt good about, and that meant a lot.
