If I could give 100 stars I would. You won’t find a harder working agent. We listed my bonus moms house, we had the house cleaned and it still needed touch up Kim said she’d go take care of it, there were a couple items left we needed to haul off, Kim volunteered herself and her son to go get rid of it. She responds very quickly. Kim will keep you advised on EVERY phase of the sale. Never an issue that was too big. The house was old and have numerous issues, Kim was not phased by any of it.
