I very much enjoyed working with Kim during the sale of our mom's home. Shortly after our mom passed away when I was in a fog of emotion, Kim was able to recognize what information I needed to know and when, she was knowledgeable, intuitive and insightful. She walked along side us in each step, informing what to expect at each milestone and was most responsive when I had a question. You gain more than an agent when working with Kim, you gain a new friend!
Kim was outstanding! My wife and I are first time homebuyers and she treated us with such respect and kindness, while keeping us grounded and on the right track. She tells it how it is, and thats amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I would highly recommend Kim. She had gone above and beyond to help address any challenges within the process of buying my home. She was very good at recommending properties i was comfortable with. This was an all around good experience.
