Everything! From the time they came to my house for the initial consultation Karl walked me through all the steps. He was honest, friendly, kind & offered more services than I realized. When move day came All the employees were as friendly & hardworking as he was. They were amazing & I have hired them again to assist with packing up other items other than furniture! You will be Very Happy you called them!
over beware. Kilroy Brothers was a huge disappointment. My antique hope chest was damaged. One corner was cracked open and a leg was broken off and thrown into the chest. Rubbermaid container was smashed and other items packed in boxes broken. Several items are missing. Many calls and emails to the owner Karl have gone unanswered. Their warehouse is apparently not secure as missing items have not been located. Moving is stressful enough without the added damage and loss.

We moved from a 2-bedroom house in Quincy to a 3-bedroom house in Avon, during possibly the worst heat wave with record high humidity and these guys got it done, with smiles on their faces. They went above and beyond and will be the first ones I call next time we need it. THANK YOU!!!

Kilroy is simply amazing. First they came and got rid of all of the junk we had accumulated in over 50 years of marriage, including some big furniture. When we were ready to move, the spent one day packing and one day moving us to a location an hour away from where we were in Plymouth. Each of the men who worked on our move knew exactly what they were doing. Their "boss" Rich was incredible.
