UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE – We called to have our misting systems' nozzles changed and replaced because they were clogged. This was clearly communicated to Killum when the appointment was made. The technician showed up with no replaceable parts, no tools, no equipment- utterly bare-handed! The only thing he did is put water in the barrel and blow the line out (something I could have done).
