Customer for ovwr 3 years. Brown Patch appeared in my yard. I immediately contacted Chez at Killingsworth and requested treatment. The response was we will check it out next service date. Next service was performed over a week later and nothing was done for the brown patch which was spreading at this point. I had to reach out again to Chez and she said the tech said it looked like it was recovering and would keep an eye on it. I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I was charged a $79 inspection fee to have someone come out for literally 2 minutes. The gentlemen came out, I pointed out what needed to be done, he gave me a verbal quote which I never received a formal one in writing, and he took pictures and left. I could have described the situation over the phone or email and sent my own pictures to avoid wasting $79. This company is a scam stay away.

We had a ac tech come look at our ac because it wasn't working properly. The tech said we needed our Indoor coils cleaned and wanted to charge $400. We decided to decline the service. The tech took the 3 screws off the door to view the coils and saw the insulation peice that was laying over the coils and misinformed us that they needed to be "cleaned" which the only thing that needed to happen was to glue this peice back in place.
