Our Tech Jonathan Moose was very friendly and helpful dusting our quarterly service.
Customer for ovwr 3 years. Brown Patch appeared in my yard. I immediately contacted Chez at Killingsworth and requested treatment. The response was we will check it out next service date. Next service was performed over a week later and nothing was done for the brown patch which was spreading at this point. I had to reach out again to Chez and she said the tech said it looked like it was recovering and would keep an eye on it. I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I was charged a $79 inspection fee to have someone come out for literally 2 minutes. The gentlemen came out, I pointed out what needed to be done, he gave me a verbal quote which I never received a formal one in writing, and he took pictures and left. I could have described the situation over the phone or email and sent my own pictures to avoid wasting $79. This company is a scam stay away.
