We called them out to our home because a couple of field mice got into the house. There was one mouse remaining. They laid out poison and said the mouse would die. We have not found one dead mouse in the house from the poison. Instead, what appears to be the same mouse, has been dodging the traps that were set for the last few weeks. I tried to give it some time and after about 4 weeks. They said they would come back out and "take a look" but we would have to pay for additional services.
