Absolutely terrible experience. Jessica told me that my radio had been fixed and claimed they tried multiple cords and confirmed that it worked. However, that was not the case. I feel I was misled about the work being done on my vehicle. On top of that, Jessica was extremely unprofessional. She never called to let me know my car was ready and instead sent me a text message in ALL CAPS. When I called to speak with the manager, he told me that what Jessica had told me was not accurate and that there was nothing they could do.... read more
