Joe at Killingly Service is a MASTER mechanic and an incredible human being. I was stranded with my 2007 Volvo S80 after two other mechanics failed to figure out the problem. Joe came out after hours—while he was out with his family—just to diagnose the issue. That alone says everything about his dedication. He told me, “The shop’s closed Sunday, but I work weekends anyway. Bring it in.” He spent the entire Sunday working on my car.
