Ignored concerns brought up at multiple appointments over the course of a year for one child saying they didn't need intervention until suddenly invasive and painful treatment was needed immediately. Said treatment has caused lasting issues with their teeth continuing a year after. We were also told different procedures were being done then what they actually performed. The blonde receptionist has an attitude problem and has no issues announcing your business to the entire office instead of keeping it private. They are unwilling to work with you after missing an appointment or two and will then put you on a same day appointment only which is extremely inconvenient to those who are limited to time offered by their jobs. Also, if your child cried they will stop and tell you they can't proceed...kids cry, but not here they cant or they'll be pushed out the door with a referral else where.

Even before our actual visit I was so pleased with the people I spoke to on the phone, she was so polite & so helpful & made sure my child was seen as soon as possible. After our first visit today me and my child are both happy, the staff is very pleasant and amazing with children. I'm so glad we made the switch!
