Patient for close to 2 years. Always on time, always paid at time of service. Appointment scheduled for a Monday at ~ 12:30. Left message on that Sunday that I had phlebitis, diagnosed at ER and ER doctor recommended no procedure. At 10:30 AM Monday they called to remind me of the 12:30 appointment. I informed them of my cancellation and reason. The terse reply was .. we don’t have you on the machine! So you owe $50. Nothing about how are you, are you not well, did somebody die?
