Extremely poor property management and maintenance. Lived here for years and this is the worst I've seen! A lot of "don't care" attitudes from on-site and corporate management. Ongoing problem with no hot water for weeks and rain coming into apartment (work order submitted a year and a half ago). Flooring torn up four months ago to fix a 3-foot-wide hole (been there for 4 years) and it has yet to be repaired. No need for a fake response Killian Lakes. Just want to let people know what to expect.
