This is a fantastic community. Plenty of green areas, walking around is peaceful and great. The new property manager, Robert Combs, has made great changes and this is very noticeable. The community has a constant presence of police cars patrolling the areas and maintenance has been always doing a great job keeping the buildings and units operational. I love living here!! its quiet, the front office responds promptly to all of my questions and concerns and I always see maintenance out and about doing something.

They're a bunch of thieves. keeping folks deposits and lying about pets. NEVER HAD NO PETS!! Got photos. NO CARPET STAINS. The place was left clean so stop lying.
I lived here for 2 years. I had some nosey neighbors, the walls are thin. I did not have any issues with management until I moved out. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly and left nothing behind. Now I am getting a bill for a pet fee and unauthorized pet when I never had a pet living there or had a pet even visit my apartment. Lived here for 2 years always paid rent on time never caused a problem and now that I’ve moved they’re still trying to get money out of me. This is just ridiculous and bad business. I’ve been searching for my next apartment to move into, and I have spoken with Selena she explained everything to me. Which included the floor plans, and the prices of this beautiful apartment complex. She was very professional, and has a great bubbly personality. I think I might make Killian Lakes Apartments and Townhomes my new home.
