Thank you so much to Dr Decker and the entire staff for taking care of Spacek for the last 10+ years! Everyone has been so kind and compassionate, and Spacek loved going there to see his friends. The entire staff and Drs. there obviously love their job and their patients. We cannot say enough superlatives about our experiences there! Are first time and it was ok everyone was very nice and answered a lot of my questions
We have had nothing but issues here, we have been overcharged for unnecessary testing and when we talked to them about our displeasure nothing was done to rectify the situation. What we were told by the doctors and what was done never matched up and now we are out almost $800. They didn't even blink an eye when we said we would be taking our 3 animals elsewhere. Never again!
A great team that obviously cares and is amazingly accommodating to both customers and their pets...I look forward to dealing with them every time because of the ease and their professionalism...Highly recommended

Just to say a sincere thank you to Dr. Decker and her staff for their care and kindness two weeks ago. They continue a tradition of compassion for humans and their animals and expertise in veterinary care established long ago.
