RecommendedWe have been going to Killewald ever since we got our golden retriever 2 years ago! Dr. Decker, Dr. Caruana and the wonderful staff are awesome! We did however notice a slight change with the customer care specialists a few months back. Even though they were nice, something was missing. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and great with the animals. Can't say enough about everyone there !!
I am so impressed with this animal hospital. I had never taken my cat there and we had an emergency on the Saturday before Christmas and had me within a half an hour. They treated me with kindness and compassion. We ended up having to put our kitty to sleep and they sent a sympathy card signed by the office and made a donation in her name. I was floored. I will be taking our other cat here and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you for all you have done
We recently had a situation that my old vet was not only unfamiliar with, but refused to look at any of the new data/studies on (she just kept telling me the 'science was against me.'). I contacted Killewald after a particularly bad visit with the other vet. Not only did the folks at Killewald listen to my concerns and not talk over me or fight with me, they educated themselves further on the matter at hand to better help me. THANK YOU! We took Peanut in for her first wellness visit in Buffalo, and couldn’t have better things to say! Immediately after scheduling our appointment, their receptionist called the old vet to fax over her records. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to make sure Peanut was comfortable while also making sure all our questions were answered. Looking forward to our next wellness visit!!!
I have never had any problem at all! I have been taking my dogs their going on 3 yrs and I think they r number 1 doctors right down to every staff member have been excellent I could call their with any questions or concerns and u can bet a doctor will call me back. Would not trust my dog's health with any other Animal hospital!!
