Killeen Modern Dentistry is the closest thing I have come to enjoying the dentist. All of the staff I have interacted with are so kind and encouraging. Dr. Vaughn is thorough, great at patient education and discussing options, and so encouraging. The staff was also great with having my daughter there with me in a stroller. They also got me back into the chair before my scheduled appt. time, and I was done only 15 minutes after my appt. time, which is so appreciated as a mother with a toddler! I always leave happy!
Dr. Strong (an Endodontist) is so kind and very calming! I had rather not go to a dentist but ended up having to have one or two root canals. He was so patient with me and very understanding. I cannot recommend him enough! 5+⭐️! His assistant was great too!
I went in today initially to see if they accepted my insurance. They did and invited me to return at 1pm. I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist and every single person there was so sweet to me. The receptionist was kind. The assistant was so accommodating even through my fearful tears she was kind and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was the best. She was gentle and didn’t hurt me. Dr. Vaughn is amazing! I came in for an emergency tooth pull and she worked with me. She is also very caring and patient with my kiddos being here through the entire process. The staff is really sweet.
I had a great experience. It was my first time there was Dr. Tanner. Him and his staff were so friendly and very welcoming. I had a great explanation of benefits from Bailey who gave me a clear understanding of my treatment. The dental hygienist- I forgot her name but she was very nice. Let’s not forget that I had an excellent cleaning. I’ll definitely will be coming back 💖🦷
