Unprofessional and unreliable staff
Killeen Marble does amazing work! We recently had our kitchen countertops replaced with granite. I was unsure of what color to go with, but the owners helped us with that, and the result was a perfect match! Not only was the granite gorgeous and a perfect match, but the craftmanship was impeccable! You can't even tell there is a seam in the countertop and the measurements they took were spot on. My contractor used Killeen Marble to make the walls and floor for my roll in shower, so I had these people make a white 22" x 5" backsplash for me because I could not find one in Home Deport or Lowes that was 22" wide. Most in the stores were 21" or less and that was if you could find one in stock. So I went to Killeen Marble. Well they claim to be the cheapest marble company in the area but at $85.00 for this backsplash they are anything but cheap. Do not do Business with this company. I had both bathroom counter tops re-done in 2006 and was are return customer wanting to change them out to granite. This company took 1/2 of my money upfront, which I'm ok with. 3 Days before installation, the company wants the remainder of the money. I tried to come to some resolution with Killeen Marble and offered to pay cash on the spot when the granite counter tops were installed.
