I wasn't even able to finish telling the lady what was going on to get an appointment. She told me I'd have better luck just going to the er and that THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. Don't waist your time, this place is a joke XD.

Today was my first time at the community care. I’ve had insurance since a child so I’ve never been to a community care clinic. I will be honest and say I was a little hesitant about taking my mom there at first. Once she was approved I called a few times no answer then looked at the reviews and was doubtful but I waited and gave another chance. I'm not sure who this Tony Garcia guy is but this clinic has definitely lost it. It used to be so much help decent staff now it's horrible. They need to close the doors. Since when do you start charging patients for an appointment before the appointment.? And the appointment is months off. This clinic is horrible They have lost it. I don't know why they call it the free clinic It's not free.
