Everyone was nice. I don’t care for the lack of privacy with patients , it was a lot of info to take in with so many other patients in the room. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable with everyone knowing the personal information about my children. I get it’s a dentist but I’ve never experienced me being told information in a room with many other patients. I wish also we could get A break down on paper of what the kids are needed done in future appointments. I left and completely forgot what was needed for future appointments ... read more
As usual, the front desk was wonderful. When I walked in, there was an unhappy mother, But I believe the front desk staff handle the situation very well. My son’s dental tech remembered him and worked well with him (he is autistic and has ADHD) and Dr. Vu was, as always, kind and informative. Most of all they were gentle and took care with my son. This has been my son’s first and only dental office for 8 years. We are very grateful for the staff and Dr. Vu.
Very great place lovely workers the do great with my kids Greta treatments they help with everything explaining treatments ! I would definitely recommend this place.
They did a phenomenal job.
