I cannot thank Killeen Appliance Repair enough. My dryer stopped heating on yesterday (Saturday) and they came out and out repaired on Sunday late evening. Darnell was great and fast.
he is very polite and comes quickly.
DARNELL is very unprofessional! They gave a us a washer and dryer that stopped working within a week. They came to repair and it broke down a few days later. We had a 90 day warranty but they kept making up reasons why they wouldn’t come get their equipment. Darnell hung up on me several times after yelling and being unprofessional. I have recorded all our conversations if you would like me to email them to you ! they charged us $100 to come pick up their equipment that didn’t work and refused to refund us the full amount.
