The staff at Kill Devil Grill was wonderful yesterday during lunch. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the food was absolutely delicious. We have 2 son's that are picky eaters and they both cleaned their plates of chicken tenders. I had the crab cake sandwich and my husband ate the Redneck Cuban. We can honestly say that was the best lunch we've ever had in Kill Devil Hills, NC! I actually enjoyed the crab cake sandwich so much, I ordered one today for lunch and picked it up at the bar! This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Outer Banks! The food is amazing, the wait staff is personable and welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic!
This place is uh-may-zing! Get there early (like before 6:00) if you don't wanna have at least an hour wait for dinner. And, the most important part, order the apple-crisp WITH your dinner or you will be "sol" when they run out of it ... which they always do!! Sooooo yummy!
We waited an HOUR and guess what ? It was so WORTH it !!!!! Amazing food and atmosphere as well as very friendly and helpful staff ! We went for lunch AND dinner and will definitely be return customers!
Arrived on a Saturday night and as expected we were told an hour wait. Grabbed some beers from bar and waited. About 40 mins later we were seated. Our server arrived full of knowledge of advice and a list of specials. Apps came to the table really fast and the group devoured them and All were great. We always have to stop in at least once on our trip. Super friendly staff and yummy food. I love the grilled salad with salmon.
