We love KDG! It’s a must whenever we’re in OBX. Today was our first time getting there for the Friday Fried Chicken Special. Totally worth getting there before they open and waiting for.

Had the Southern chicken salad and husband had the meatloaf dinner. Our favorites.
The cioppino was to die for although I’m kicking myself for not splurging and getting the coconut curry snapper! My husband has the wahoo fish sandwich and my son the fried fish and both of them loved it! I gotta day the star of the show was really the wings, that sauce is out of this world! This is the kind of place you go for the “special” dinners on vacation, a real treat!
The service is amazing! Your glass won't run dry here! If a server walks by & your below half you can guarantee it will be refilled promptly! The food is amazing as well!
