Terrible experience with George Abraham He lied to me about a conflict of interest with his Broker due to a previous incident and told me my issue was not with Sutton but with Andrew Single and Russell Knight. He never put a for sale sign up at the property stating it wasn’t the norm for commercial properties to have signage.. Doesn’t have a grasp on the market giving improper valuations, unsure if he was just trying to lock me in a contract, his original appraisal was completely inaccurate. We bought our first house with George Abraham in December 2020. He was very professional, clear about details, great with communication, and dedicated. His advice with different properties reflected a lot of experience that we needed to make an informed decision. He went beyond our expectations and workedforour best interest. In a nutshell he made our experience pleasant and easier than we thought. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a property.
