Marciniak is a great clinician! – I have worked with several psychiatrist and Dr. Marciniak is outstanding, if not brilliant in his understanding of psychopharmacology. He is extremely personable and cares deeply for his patients. He is compassionate and works in the interested of his patients.
No people skills whatsoever – Dr. Marciniak has great expertise with medications. He is brilliant with his chemical knowledge. Unfortunately, he is better dealing with chemicals than people. For that, his ego, fear of speaking directly to patients, lack of desire to listen makes him, as some patients of his who chatted about him, call him "The Ice Man".
