I had a patio and walkway installed. First, they didn't show up for months even though they told me they could do it immediately. Then they started making the patio in the wrong size because they didn't want to buy another pallet of pavers to do it right. Then the new patio and walkway started falling apart within days. The owner refused to honor his warranty. Within months, it was a pile of rubble.
