I lived at Kildonan Heights for five years and loved it. The building is always clean and well maintained. The suites are tastefully decorated. Any maintenance that is required in your suite is addressed promptly. Andre and his staff are awesome and run an amazing property ❤️
Worst place I have ever rented. Poorly built wood construction with minimal insulation made for being able to hear neighbours talking in regular voices, and frost in corners of unit. The furnace room was never insulated and had holes from inner apartment to outside, allowing cold air and potential for rodent entry on ground floor. Management did not ever respond to dozens of phone calls about the 24 hour noise from the 12 truckers and their girlfriends living above me in a two bedroom unit with mattresses spread all over the... read more
This place was very lovely during my stay with my children. The community was warm and the site manager was very helpfull and understanding. Thank you !
