Andre has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. The whole staff is friendly. Broadstreet has been so accommodating to me and my family. We are looking forward to a long term relationship with them, even across provinces when my daughter moves back to BC!

I lived at Broadstreet for 4 years and had a great experience. Andre and the team were very responsive and kind. I was happy with the amenities and would recommend these apartments.
Stay clear from this company! They will blame any damages caused by previous tenants on you! Employees steal from suits when unattended, parking stalls are very narrow, snow never get cleaned, poor building construction neighbours heard having small conversations, dogs barking non stop, and the cherry on top, rent goes up insanely annually. Lots of videos and pictures to support the above.
My experience with broadstreet properties had been nothing short of amazing I stayed at the Kildonan heights location and my property manager Andre is one of the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met funny easy going gets requests to get things done are done in the most a over just an awesome awesome guy my only reason for moving was I had purchased a house other wise I would stay till I’m old…good people are hard to find in my opinion and Andre you made my stay here amazingly wonderful.
