The worst company ever i will never recommend them for closing. I was suppose to close on my house and they emailed my realtor a day before closing to cancel my closing, saying i needed a survey on the house which could take weeks and would give an email or name of the surveyor to see if we could put a rush on it. I think this place is a joke stay away from them
