I had a pleasure of working with Mark from Kiklis Real Estate, LLC on selling my house. This was our first time selling property and Mark made it easy. He made sure we were informed of all aspects of the process. He discussed all matters showing positives and negatives and ultimately letting us decide. Mark's expertise was instrumental in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. He's very knowledgeable about the home buying process and was able to easily mange our expectations throughout each phase. We had a specific list of requirements, but Mark was able to quickly find several properties that met our needs. When it came down to selecting a house, he helped negotiate a great deal and eased us through the closing process.

My family and I recently closed on a new house and Mark was our broker. He was beyond helpful. He changed my view of what a RE broker does. I have bought several properties in my life and never have I experienced a broker as involved as Mark was.
