I had two great visits with Katarina last week. Her attention to detail and care for her work was so refreshing. A great addition to the Kiki staff!
When I first read the reviews there was one negative one about Emily. I showed up to my appointment and in walks Emily. I told her I read the negative review and I think she felt a little upset. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes negative reviews are more about the person writing it than the person they wrote it about. I’m glad I gave Emily the chance. She has been amazing.
