We want to thank Kightliner's for the wonderful service and the way you treated us in our recent car purchase. It was the easiest and most stress-free car purchase I have ever made. They even put the car up on the racks at the shop so my wife's mechanic uncle could look over AND under the car. The morning of the day we picked up the car (we had to wait for an insurance settlement), they found a problem on the car and fixed it before we arrived to get the car. Again, THANK YOU!!!
I was impressed by how professional everyone was. I spoke to Chris in the phone after shopping and applying for financing on line. They called back with the information quickly. I test drove it.Everything was great clean, ran well, your can check the car fax from their web site. The office was very organized had all the information I needed to give my insurance agent, no high pressure sales. This is the first time I had an enjoyable time buying a car. Ok so this week was insane. Everyday for 4 days I went here with my sister. Today I was about to give up and tell her were going somewhere else because I felt we weren't getting anywhere. I was super stressed out. But Chris and Tom were amazing. I didn't feel like a customer when I walked through the door every day, kind of felt like family. They were hysterical. Worst deal I ever got on a car in my life .was sold a useless warranty and having the vehicle less than a year had to put $4,000 into it of which only 100 would have been covered by that warranty
