I have gone to Kight on several occasions. Checking out windows and doors. There were many employees up around the desk. I wandered around for about 20 minutes, and not one of them came to see if they would help me or even acknowledged me. I was ready to buy $10,000 worth of windows, but it will not be with Kight. One young man, James Thomson, came out of his office when I wandered by looking at kitchen cabinets. He was kind enough to check on me and lead me to the person that is over windows.
