I recently had a tooth emergency and Dr. Kiggins not only fit me in as soon as he was able but also stayed after hours to help me even though he already had been at work for almost 12 hrs. He is a very caring dentist, extremely knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to ensure everything is precise and that you feel safe and cared for. After 30 years with Dr Reich before his retirement, I didn't think anyone could fill his shoes. Not only has Dr Kiggins filled his shoes, he has done so TEN fold. An excellent dentist who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, easy going and really puts you at ease. Just like Dr Reich, no up selling and trying to talk you in to procedures you may not need. He just lays out the facts and lets you decide what way YOU want to go. I was a patient of Dr kiggins in Texas for a few years. I have had so many problems with my teeth and he is the only dentist I found that truly cared about what I wanted and needed. He is amazing. I broke a tooth right after he moved to Nevada and my first thought was oh no Dr Kiggins isn't here. I thought about coming to Nevada for a minute as the panic sunk in. If you are lucky enough to live close to him...GO! Best dentist ever!

Met Doctor Kiggins yesterday to have a filling repaired. He did a fantastic job! He is very good at his practice. No need even for Novocain! The whole procedure only took 10 minutes. Highly recommend him. Thanks Doctor Kiggins!

Thank you Dr. Kiggins!!! We had a dental emergency with our 11yr old yesterday afternoon. When I called our son's dentist they had just left for vacation and could see our son next Tuesday! I called Dr. Kiggins and after speaking briefly with him, yes HE got on the phone, he asked how quickly we could get there! Thirty minutes later Dr. Kiggins was doing an emergency procedure on our precious boy. Two hours later our son was DANCING in our living room.
