Kier Management announced a new policy for members of Home Owners Associations that they manage this week.Effective March 1, 2010 they plan to stop accepting checks, money orders and cashiers checks as payment for HOA payments. They insist that homeowners pay these fees by ACH transfers or direct debit from the owners checking account by Kier.
