Nathia was very responsive to everything we asked her about. She always answered our calls and emails right away. She sold our house in 5 days and got us $6,000 over our asking price!! Also when we found the house we wanted to buy she got us the new washer and dryer that was in the house and got us the beautiful patio furniture that we really wanted. The idea of purchasing a property seemed far fetched. Not only was that a fear, but the idea of placing an offer and potentially opening escrow overwhelmed me.
