Returned an unused product as per their policy. Been 6+ months but no refund yet.
The staff here is extremely disappointing. I walked in at 6:20pm to an empty store and an employee on her phone (which is fine but obviously signals that she has nothing to do) and asked if I could get assistance with the skin assessment tool. She told me "they don't do that right before closing." I then asked when they closed and she said 7pm. I commented that that was still 40 minutes away and she said "we don't do it 30 minutes before closing," which again, it was 40 minutes from closing. If the store were busy, I would h... read more

Employees are rude and didn’t even greet me when I came in or look up from their phones….
Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. My wife is a huge Kiehl's product fan and user. We decided to swing by the shop so she could grab a few items. Two staff members were working when we walked in, and they didn't greet or even offer to assist us. They rather stood by the counter complaining about their manager.
