Employees are rude and didn’t even greet me when I came in or look up from their phones….
Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. My wife is a huge Kiehl's product fan and user. We decided to swing by the shop so she could grab a few items. Two staff members were working when we walked in, and they didn't greet or even offer to assist us. They rather stood by the counter complaining about their manager. The guy wearing glasses is so snob and not happy at all.. he look so unhappy on his job.. worst experience never coming back
I like their product but the staff was extremely rude. I asked the difference or their recommendation, he just said he doesn’t know with no suggestions or advice. Disappointed.
