Just been to Kiehl’s at this BocaRayon mall. Beatrice is nice and accommodating. I looked for the manager Chad but he is not there. This store has the most pleasant sales rep. Been to Kiehl’s store in Manhattan since I could not find my rice bran shampoo anywhere. Sales rep there are not as pleasant as this store. I always feel at home to buy from this store. Ordered (and paid for) Blue Eagle shaving cream for pickup. When I got there, they tried to substitute White Eagle, telling me it's the same thing (not even close). They should have been honest and just told me they were out of Blue Eagle and not have me waste 30 mins. So rude!

I walked into this business and was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism. Despite having spent thousands of dollars in this store as a loyal customer, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. When I finally interacted with Lisa, she was disgustingly rude and dismissive, making me feel completely unwelcome. Her attitude was nasty and unprofessional, and it was clear she had no interest in helping. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider ever coming back.
